Membership Changes
If your spouse or legal domestic partner passes away, delete their name from your immediate family members list in the portal. No new membership number or paperwork is needed
DLPOA member must be a LIVING, legal owner of the property in order to renew. If the property deed has changed, please start a new application found on the home page. You will then be assigned your own account number, and the old one will be discontinued
Individuals inheriting the property must own at least 20%. There may be no more than 5 members per inherited property
You have 2 years from the time a property changes hands due to a death to apply for a new membership. If 2 years have passed you will need to apply as a new member. Inherited property transfers pay significantly less than a new member
Please contact membership@dlpoa.org with any questions.
