Boundaries and Exclusions

The following is a guideline for determining eligibility. To accurately determine if a property is geographically eligible for DLPOA membership, please submit the address & APN to membership@dlpoa.org

Properties within Armstrong Tract, McGlashan Tract, Donner Tract, Creekside Woods, & the Cabins at Donner Lake are not eligible

No lakefront lots in Southside Highlands are eligible

No lots created or subdivided after December 31, 1998, are eligible

No condominiums, townhouses or apartments are eligible

No commercial property is eligible unless it is empty or has only a single dwelling on it. If a commercial enterprise is added, membership is lost

No lots under .06 acres are eligible

One must own at least 20% of the property. Only 2 memberships per property are allowed for new memberships
